3. Domain Registration
When you register a domain through our service, you are obtaining the right to use that subdomain for a specified period. Domain registration is subject to availability and our approval process. We reserve the right to reject any domain registration request at our sole discretion.
Domain registrations are processed manually and require verification by our staff. Upon successful verification and approval, you will receive access credentials automatically. The registration process may take up to 48 hours for completion.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date registration information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your domain registration.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Hosting content that violates intellectual property rights
- Activities that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Adult content without appropriate age verification
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The .ve.ms domain and related trademarks are owned by VENIC Domain Services. By registering a subdomain, you do not acquire any rights to the .ve.ms TLD itself. You retain ownership of any content you create and host on your domain, subject to these Terms.
You grant us a limited license to use your domain name and associated information for the purpose of providing our services, maintaining DNS records, and complying with legal requirements.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Domain Transfers and Cancellations
Domain transfers to other registrars are subject to our transfer policies and applicable regulations. Transfer requests must be initiated through proper channels and may require verification.
You may request cancellation of your domain registration at any time. Cancellation requests are processed according to our internal procedures and may take up to 48 hours to complete. Upon cancellation, your domain will become available for registration by others.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VENIC Domain Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
