Mail Delivery Check
Send a test email (from the same system you use in production) to the unique address below. After it arrives, click "Check your score". We analyse SPF, DKIM, and DMARC from the message headers and DNS. The message is then deleted. You can download the report. No data is stored beyond the check.
You can also simply send a test email to ping@ve.ms; we will analyse it and send you an automated reply with the delivery report (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist). No need to use the form — just send a message and you will receive the report by email.
After clicking, we check the mailbox for an email to the address above. If found, it is evaluated and then deleted.
Why test email deliverability?
You send a test email to our system; we receive it and analyse how it was authenticated. Use this to improve inbox placement and fix SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues.
Two ways to run a check
Either use the unique address above and click "Check your score" after sending, or send any test email to ping@ve.ms. For the latter we analyse the message and send you an automated reply with the full report (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist). No sign-up required.
What is checked?
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is checked against the delivering server IP from the Received headers (not your PC). DKIM and DMARC results come from the receiver's Authentication-Results and from DNS. We also show which IP was used for the checks.
